Refugee Ministry
Welcoming the stranger is one of the longest-running threads in our life as a congregation.
Knox has been part of refugee sponsorship in Waterloo Region for decades, privately sponsoring families through the federal Private Sponsorship of Refugees program, and walking with newcomers through their first years here.
The ministry includes families currently being sponsored, families recently arrived, and former newcomers who are now leading the work for those who follow.
